To Whom It May Concern:
We are proud to call Sandra Lange our realtor. To those of
you who are reading this, you are probably trying to find
one. Hopefully this letter will make your decision much
easier. Sandra is knowledgeable, professional, and
patient. She has the knowledge to understand many of the
details in a real estate transaction, and if she doesn’t,
she will make sure to find an answer. She has never turned
away from listening to our concerns and desires as a
client and will always go the “extra mile” to help us in
our real estate needs. We know she will work her hardest
to negotiate the best deal for us (and even go beyond!).
She has always displayed patience with us, even when we
may have been frustrated with the time it was taking for
something to happen. You can tell Sandra is truly a person
who knows her work and enjoys using that ability to help
others.
Let us give you our background: In March of 2000 we had
been well into looking for our very first house. We had
spent a couple months looking on our own – checking the
weekend paper for listings, going to open houses, and
searching the internet. After seeing an ad for a home that
met our criteria, we spoke to Sandra, who had placed the
ad. After getting the details, we found out this wasn’t
what we were looking for. Sandra wanted to know what our
specifics were and at first I wasn’t too interested in
spending the time in telling her this, since this is what
every other realtor asks. After some convincing I gave her
the details and she promised to look for some properties
for us. She made a point of keeping us posted on new
listings as soon as they came out and after several days
we found a place we really liked. From there on, she made
every part of deal easy and was patient with us needing to
know every part of the deal.
Two years and three months later, we called Sandra again
to help us find another house! With one house deal under
our belt, we knew a little more, but after finding the
home to buy we were now about to go through the anxiety of
owning two homes. Sandra was professional and diligent in
making all the effort to get our house sold as quickly as
possible for the best price. We ended up getting more than
we planned for (even after telling her we would settle for
the buyer’s offer, she still got a higher price).

To Realty Executive & Clients,

exciting moment for many families, but it can also be very
